Job Summary:
As the Vice President of Private Pay, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and shaping our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and guide a dynamic team toward ambitious goals. Our private pay services are currently offered in MA, NH, ME, and PA, and we are actively working to expand within these states and into new markets. This role provides oversight of the Sales, Intake, and Case Management departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to inform growth strategies.
- Lead opportunities for expansion, strategic partnerships, and new service offerings to maximize growth potential.
- Oversight of existing formal partnerships to assess enhanced service delivery opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy in tandem with corporate and local leadership to drive private pay growth in our areas of focus.
- Identify target demographics and segments within each state to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Oversight of existing sales and intake teams to provide clear targets and performance metrics.
- Develop a strategic sales plan that outlines objectives, target markets, prospecting methods, and growth strategies.
- Provide guidance on lead generation, prospecting, and conduct market growth presentations.
- Oversee the overall private pay new client acquisition and execution process to ensure a positive experience from the first point of contact through start of care.
- Monitor and analyze intake metrics, such as conversion rates, lead source analysis, inquiry volume, qualification rate, response timelines, etc.
- Collaborate with the case management team to optimize customer journeys to provide exceptional client support.
- Leverage Houseworks’ proprietary technology platform(s) to generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth metrics to keep stakeholders informed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in non-skilled home care or related sales.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives in Private Pay non-skilled home care markets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable of the Non-Skilled Home Care industry.
- Must remain in a stationary position for long periods of time at desk or computer.
- Requires occasional standing, sitting, walking; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; climbing stairs; hearing; talking.

- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
