Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Intake to oversee all aspects of our intake team and processes for our Private Pay Home Care service line in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The Director of Intake will be responsible for managing all aspects of the intake process from initial inquiry to lead conversion, while providing leadership to the inside sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, experience in healthcare, and preferably familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the intake team and its responsibilities, including direct management of inside sales staff
  • Provide oversight of the full intake process, from initial inquiry to lead conversion and engagement of pending leads in the pipeline
  • Provide training and supervision to the members of the intake team, including hiring and onboarding, providing feedback, accountability, and performance management
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently by the intake team
  • Lead the intake team to develop and efficiently meet personal, team, and organization-wide goals with quality work
  • Foster consistent and positive communication and collaboration among Case Management, Operations, and local Care Centers staff and leaders
  • Track and report on the intake process, ensuring that goals are consistently met and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize experience in healthcare to enhance the effectiveness of the intake process
  • Utilize familiarity with HubSpot CRM to optimize intake processes and maximize efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 5+ years of sales/intake experience
  • A sense of urgency to convert leads and ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and language skills
  • A proactive, customer service orientation, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative without direct supervision, set priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
